The proverbial wall

Dear All,

The term 'hitting the wall' is very common in endurance sports parlance and is used to describe the sudden fatigue and loss of energy towards the end of a race and this makes finishing races difficult. CLAT is no different. I am sure all of you have been preparing for a while and some of you might have already faced this proverbial wall. You might ask, "How do I know if I am hitting the wall?" Well, if you have suddenly lost interest in preparation or find it difficult to concentrate over extended periods of time, trust me the wall looms over you.

That is why we have decided to run this last stretch with you egging you on and thereby making sure that you finish the race.
